Your transcript is a complete record of all undergraduate and graduate courses taken at SJSU. This includes semesters, course information, grades, cumulative grade point averages, and degree if applicable. Courses taken at another school will not print on your SJSU transcript.
Important Notice for Summer'24 students:
No Transcript Processing from August 16th to August 20th (due to grades and academic standing processing). Transcript processing will resume on August 21st. To ensure delivery of your transcript, you may place your order and select "Hold until grades are posted". ** If you are graduating in summer'24, you may place your transcript order and select "Hold until degree is posted". Keep in mind that degree posting normally takes place one month after the end of the semester, see Degree Posting Timeline. ** If you did not take summer'24 classes or are not graduating this summer, you may order as usual.

Login to your MySJSU Account, in Student Center, you will see "Order official Transcript link" on the right column: PDF Transcript(s) is the fastest option.
Former students
- Former students no longer have access to their MySJSU after 12 months and must order from Parchment, our vendor. You do not need your SJSU ID number to place an order. PDF Transcript(s) is the fastest option and available to all students.
Unofficial Transcripts
- Log into your MySJSU Account to access your unofficial transcript. See navigation to view your transcript via MySJSU. If you no longer have access to MySJSU, you must order an official transcript. We do not print transcripts on campus – all transcripts must be ordered electronically through our vendor, Parchment.
Delivery Options and Order Processing

- An electronic version of your transcript is available as Secure PDF files and typically processed within one business day.
- This option is available to all students. Paper copies are placed in sealed envelopes. We process requests in 2-3 business days (not including shipping). Standard shipping is by first class mail and delivery times vary based on destination address. Other expedited shipping options are available for additional fees. Paper copies are mailed out and cannot be picked up.
